Support policy

Theme Team provides support solely in these forums. We do not provide any support via e-mail, Envato, Twitter, Facebook or semaphore. To assist with some issues, we may request that you send us login details, in which case you may submit them through private forum message to @themeteam to keep your credentials secure. For forum account questions, please contact us via e-mail.

Support Hours
Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 (GMT +3). During this time, we endeavor to respond to new inquiries within 24 hours. Inquiries made after 17:30 Friday will be answered the following Monday.

Troubleshooting vs. Customization
This forum give priority to issues implementing and operating Theme Team products over modifying their functions or appearances or incorporating 3rd-party elements. In other words: If it's something we've done, we're totally sorry and we'll try to fix it right away! If it's something you've done, we'll be there to help you out as soon as we're done with those other folks.

Customization Support
While we can direct you to files, highlight a few lines of code and offer general guidelines on customizing, we cannot complete a customization for you. If you would like to customize a theme but don't know how, you may email us and we'll put you in touch with our custom design services.

WordPress and Magento
We can provide general assistance with WordPress and Magento, though for specific help with these platforms, we may refer you to WordPress Support or Magento Support.
